The purpose of this module is to develop instructors’ ability to intentionally design curriculum for adult learners using recognized instructional design principles. Participants will learn how to apply backward design, translate standards into measurable learning outcomes, and construct coherent modules, lessons, and activities that align instruction, assessment, and learner needs.
